A graduate of William & Mary and Howard University, Apryl Motley, CAE, has held roles in technical writing and communications management at a variety of organizations, including trade associations, corporations, and government agencies, for more than three decades. She spent a decade as a communications consultant, advising organizations and managing projects to improve their internal and external communications across multiple content channels. Apryl is a Certified Association Executive and a certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master. She has been on staff at Howard Community College as a part-time writing tutor for 20+ years. Outside of professional pursuits, when she's not working a crossword or watching a Law & Order marathon, you'll find her taking Pilates classes or drinking coffee.
